How do I communicate my technical issue?
If choosing Diagnoses and Repair, leave notes in the checkout comments box with further information. This is automatically tied to your order.
Collection / Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. We will be in touch to organise with you directly once an order has been placed and paid for. Alternatively, you can drop the bike into one of our workshops.
What if my bike is under warranty?
If the error or fault is under warranty, you will be refunded.
If the error lies outside of warranty, any payments you have made will be credited against your final bill.
Additional charges may apply
If additional labour is required to repair your vehicle, you will be sent an additional invoice once work and charges have been approved.
