How do I book Technical Help?
1. Before booking a technical service, please check technical documents for your vehicle
2. If further support is required please book a call with technical support
3. If you still require support, you need to book in Servicing or require Fault Diagnosis and Repair. Choose your required service and checkout as normal. This raises a service request in our system and we will be in touch to book you in and arrange collection.
If you drop your bike into one of our locations no Collection & Delivery charges apply. If you need us to transport the bike these charges are calculated during checkout based on your postcode.
Please use the same account you purchased your original vehicle/bike with to keep orders linked.

How do I communicate my technical issue?
If choosing Fault Diagnosis and Repair, leave notes in the checkout comments box with further information. This is automatically tied to your order.
Collection / Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. We will be in touch to organise with you directly once an order has been placed and paid for. Alternatively, you can drop the bike into one of our workshops.
What if my bike is under warranty?
If the error or fault is under warranty, the £50 diagnosis fee will be refunded.
If the error lies outside of warranty, any payments you have made will be credited against your final bill.
Additional charges may apply
If additional labour is required to repair your vehicle, you will be sent an additional invoice once work and charges have been approved. Work will not occur without prior approval.
