Motorcycle Training To Resume From March 29th
As England comes out of lockdown, motorcycle and moped Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) will be allowed to resume from the 29th of March.
This will allow local schools to begin issuing training for new moped and motorcycle riders to get on two wheels, or for existing riders to refresh their skills. By completing your CBT, you will be able to ride a range of electric mopeds and motorcycles.
From the 12th of April, Motorcycle tests will also be able to restart for higher power rated vehicles.
All dates may still change and we expect different centres to restart at different rates, so please contact your local centre to confirm.
Scotland and Wales are still to announce if these rules will apply.
